Banana and walnut bread

A healthy banana and walnut bread, tastes as good as it looks!

Please see the following below for the recipe.

  • 140g wholemeal flour
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300g mashed banana
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs beat with a fork
  • 150ml pot of low-fat natural yogurt
  • 25g chopped pecans and walnuts

Bake on a gas mark 3 for 1 hour and 15 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
