I was so pessimistic about starting this blog, I thought several times people will think what the f*ck will she know about anything too do with fitness and a healthy lifestyle. SORRY!! I don’t have a 6 pack! but it is actually a area of my life I enjoy the most and encourage every single person in any way to adapt too.
But then I also thought, why do I care ? I’m not sat here saying I’m an expert or know the ins and outs its just a push in the right direction for people who have ever needed it and thought ‘ I can’t ‘.
