Well, Personally I like mine Poached!
Eggs are a good source of protein and range in 18! different vitamins & minerals, they’re brilliant to have in the morning especially if your trying too lose weight, They keep you full till lunch or till a min morning snack.
I tend to normally have 2 poached eggs either with half an avocado or 3 turkey rashers.BUT you can eat yours however you like. I don’t eat carbs for breakfast as I do not need to low down this snail like metabolism I was given any more than necessary.
More than half the calories found in eggs come from the fat in the yolk; a LARGE egg normally contains approx 5 grams of fat. People on a low-cholesterol diet may need to reduce egg consumption; however, only 27% of the fat in egg is saturated fat. The egg white ( yes I know not so tasty BUT!) consists primarily of water (87%) and protein (13%) and contains no cholesterol and little, if any, fat.
Try swapping your carby breakie for a protein filled one for the week and see how you feel.
