Why is water wet ? 

The most stupid question ever asked but can anyone explain the answer? NO? Me either LOL! But that’s not what I’m getting at. 

The benefits of H2o ! 

Drinking water has a lot of benefits it helps the skin do it’s job of regulating its temperature through sweating. Feeding your body water is essential for the proper circulation of nutrients. 

According to records, drinking 8 glasses of water a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins. Not everyone would agree but water consumption will improve the skin. 
Water will increase your energy levels & relieves fatigue. 

Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. As an added bonus, your energy levels are also boosted!

Boosts immune system. 

A water guzzler is less likely to get sick. And who wouldn’t rather feel healthy the majority of the time? Drinking plenty of water helps fight against flu, cancer and other ailments like heart attacks.

Promotes weight loss. 

Removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake (by filling up your tummy if consumed prior to meals), reduces hunger (hello natural appetite suppressant!), raises your metabolism and has zero calories!
I tend to drink anything between 3/4 litres of water a day ! 
I’d suggest starting with 2 litres throughout the day it isn’t hard ! Trust me drinking a bottle every few hours should get you towards 3/4 litres although I must admit to start with your bladder does feel like it’s going to explode !! But in time it’s worth it.
